Practice Description
Mr. Lee has over twenty years’ experience with complex civil litigation. He has represented major defense and space companies, industrial manufacturers and financial institutions. Mr. Lee has successfully tried a number of federal bench and jury trials for both defendants and plaintiffs.
Mr. Lee has extensive experience in both government and commercial contracting, federal procurement practices and policies, and commercial and employment litigation. As former General Counsel of a major aerospace company, Mr. Lee is an advocate of close working relationships between in-house and outside counsel.
