  Practice Description

  Mr. Asbury joined the firm in 2009 after working with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and the Utah State Tax Commission. His practice focuses on taxation (federal, state, and local) and related matters, including estate planning, employee benefits, business organizations and transactions. Mr. Asbury also has experience in commercial and employment litigation.
