  Practice Description

  Mr. Jenkins joined the firm in 1993 after working for two large international law firms. He has an extensive background in commercial, environmental, and local government litigation. His appellate practice includes victories in the Utah appellate courts, the Tenth Circuit, the D.C. Circuit, and the Fifth Circuit.

  Mr. Jenkins represents a variety of commercial and government clients on far-ranging issues. He also represents private adoption agencies, dozens of adoptive families, and is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. He has been a member of the Utah Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Appellate Procedure since 1991.
