  Practice Description

  Having adopted two children of his own, Lance has a passion for assisting prospective parents through the adoption process as smoothly as possible. He has provided legal services to multiple adoption agencies and numerous parents for all types of adoptions. He has represented adoptive parents seeking adoption subsidies for special needs children and advocates for causes that would reduce the overall cost of adoptions. He has done significant research and writing in the areas of transracial and intercountry adoptions.
