Appellate Practice

Ms. Wood founded the firm in 1990, and has led its growth for over a decade. She has extensive litigation experience in commercial disputes and employment law. She has argued frequently and successfully in the appellate courts in the State of Utah and the Tenth Circuit, and she successfully argued an important Clean Air Act case in the District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Wood is the author of numerous books and articles, and is a member of several boards and commissions including the Utah Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Civil Procedure and the Alternative Dispute Resolution panel for the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
