Practice Description
Mr. Wood practiced law in Washington D.C. for five years, 1971-1976. He has been a professor at the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, since 1976. He was reporter and subsequently chair of the task force that drafted Utah?s Administrative Procedures Act. He has been a consultant to the United States Department of Labor and the Administrative Conference of the United States.
