  Practice Description

  Ms. Balmforth has ten years? experience in complex litigation and appellate practice. She has successfully represented major clients in civil rights, employment and ERISA matters. As counsel for plaintiff, she won the largest age-discrimination jury award in Utah. She believes in aggressive, cost-effective and efficient resolution of cases.

  Ms. Balmforth is also experienced in education law, having served as both school district counsel and a public school board member.
